Potato and Potato Dumplings

Everyone knows about pea or potato dumplings, but how about making bread and potato dumplings? They’re delicious and thanks to the recipe for mugs, they’re not even that difficult to cook. Perhaps only beginners might have a problem with the egg whites.

Ingredients:

1 cup of whole wheat flour 1 cup of milk 2 pcs rolls 2 pcs eggs 1 pcs large potatoes 1 handful finely chopped fresh green parsley 1/2 tsp salt 4 cups for preparation and water bath, oil to grease cups

Procedure:

1. For the batter we need egg yolks, semi-coarse flour and milk, finely grate the raw potato and add it to the mixture, finally season everything with salt, mix thoroughly
2. Cut the prepared rolls into small cubes and chop the fresh parsley finely, add everything to the dough
3. Whip the egg whites into a snow, which we also mix into the dough
4. Place the cups in a pot of water (the water level should touch the bottom of the ear), let it boil for half an hour (the water should bubble slightly), then remove the pot from the stove and take the cups out of the water
