Procedure for the recipe
1 Fry the chopped onion in melted butter until golden. Add the sliced mushrooms and fry, stirring, until wilted and soft. Then sprinkle the mushrooms with flour and stir-fry them, add the stock to the desired thickness of the soup, stir well and add the diced potatoes. Herb soup with sour cream or creamy soup flavoured with garlic and nutmeg. 3 If you prefer a herbal soup, for example with dill, add some chopped cumin to the soup (those who don’t like it don’t add it), salt and pepper to taste and cook until the potatoes are soft.
