Here is the recipe for the potato cake with ham, a tasty cake easy and simple to make for a light meal of the accompanied by a salad.
Ingredients for 4 people:
700 g potatoes 100 g cooked white ham 50 g low-fat mozzarella 1 teaspoon light butter salt, pepper
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes then steam them for 45 minutes.
Then mash them with a fork and add salt, pepper then mix.
Cut the ham and mozzarella into strips then add them to the potatoes and mix.
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan then pour the potatoes and pack well.
Cover then let it cook for 10 minutes turn the patty over and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Then serve your ham potato patty.
