Potato and celery salad recipe

4 servings 500 g boiled potatoes 500 g of celery cooked in salted water 200 g carrots cooked in salted water 2 pcs. 100 g of larger onions, about 220 g of pickled cucumbers about 100 g of fat mustard to taste, about 200 g of mayonnaise or sour cream, about salt pepper ground cucumber love, if sausage is needed – optional

Recipe preparation steps

1 Cool the potatoes cooked in the skin, cut them into cubes and put them into a bowl. Add the peeled celery and carrots, which have been boiled in salted water, also cooled and chopped, to the potatoes in the bowl, add the finely chopped onions and pickles, the diced peeled eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise and mix well. If the salad is too thick, you can add a couple of teaspoons of cucumber sauce.2 Leave the salad in the fridge for at least two hours and serve, for example, with grilled meat: schnitzels, meatballs… 3 If you want a lighter, healthier version of the salad, you can replace the mayonnaise with sour cream (for example, only from tea).
