Portobello mini pizza

ingredients

5 pcs portobello mushrooms pcs olive oil 2 tbsp tomato puree 100 g grated mozzarella 100 g g grated cheese 2 tsp dried oregano 1 pcs sausage 1 tsp minced chili peppers

Great mini pizza substituted with portobello mushrooms instead of dough.

1. Wash and dry the portobello mushrooms. 2. Scoop out the insides and cut off the stem. 3. Spray the mushrooms with olive oil spray. 4. Brush the inside with tomato puree. 5. Sprinkle with dried chilli and dried oregano. 6. Drop a handful of shredded mozzarella into each cap. 7. Insert a few sausage rings. 8. Sprinkle again with grated cheese. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted. 10. Serve immediately.
