  • Recommendation:

Emco’s oatmeal has excellent absorbency, a delicious taste and a fine texture. They are therefore ideal for the preparation of porridge. The thinness and fineness of the finely cut flakes allows for easy and quick preparation. Oatmeal is valued for its beta-glucan content, a fibre-based substance that lowers cholesterol. In addition, oats naturally contain vitamin D, phosphorus and manganese.
