Porridge with nuts and apples

Flakes soaked in milk, boiled and flavored with cinnamon, maple syrup. With green apple cubes and roasted nuts.

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of fine oatmeal 300 ml milk 1 piece Granny Smith apple 50 g chopped hazelnuts maple syrup cinnamon

Procedure:

1. Soak the flakes in milk for 20 minutes, then add the cinnamon
2. Bring slowly to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
3. Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan until they are soft, then immediately set aside
3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and sweeten with syrup to taste
4. Add the chopped apples and nuts
5. Serve immediately.

Recommendation:

You can also sweeten with honey. If you want, add soaked raisins or cranberries.
