Porridge with caramelised apple and almonds

ingredients

1 pk apple 40 g oat flakes ground 10 g chopped almonds 2 tsp cane sugar 1 tsp honey 70 g white yoghurt to taste ground cinnamon to taste sweetener

procedure

1. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes. Put it in a saucepan, add cinnamon, a little water and sugar. Stir until a “sauce” is formed 2. Boil the flakes in about 200ml of water. You can sweeten, I used stevia 3. Put the cooked porridge in a bowl, add the yoghurt (I sweetened with honey), the cremelised apple, sprinkle with ground almonds and cinnamon
