Pork with peanuts
Roasted pieces of pork, covered with a spicy sauce mixture, accompanied by hot peppers and peanuts. Recipe originally from China.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the pork into small cubes or chips, sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix and let rest
2. Slice the cleaned and de-seeded peppers into noodles and stir-fry them in some of the oil, then transfer the fried peppers to a bowl
3. Pour the rest of the oil into the pan greased with peppers, let it heat up well and put the chopped, leftover meat, stirring it for a few minutes to fry
4. Pour the prepared sauce mixture with ginger over the fried meat and stir constantly to prevent burning
5. Finally, stir the prepared peppers into the dish, set the dish aside and at this stage add the peanuts, taste and add salt if necessary.
Preparing the sauce mixture: Stir the soy sauce into the soy sauce, and season the sauce with the ground ginger.
Recommendation:
A suitable side dish is steamed rice or fresh bread.
