200 g pork oil 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic salt black pepper ground red pepper hot ketchup 3 pk potatoes

Wash the pork and then place it on a roasting tray which has been greased with oil. Then season the pork with salt and pepper.

Wash the garlic and onion and cut the onion into small cubes. Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped onions. Add it to the pork and put it in the oven. Add ground black pepper to the pork and red pepper to taste, either sweet or hot. If you want and like spicy so we can add spicy ketchup. Press garlic cloves over the pork. Cover with foil and bake at 170°C for about 1 hour. Turn the pork and bake until tender.

Clean and cut the pork into thicker chunks and leave to soak in cold water. Prepare a frying pan and heat the oil. Place the fries in the pan on the hot oil and fry the fries for about 10 – 15 minutes. The fries will be golden and crispy on the surface.
