Pork with beetroot

Roasted pieces of pork leg cooked in beetroot brine.

Ingredients:

600 g of pork leg 20 g of butter 1 pc large onion 1/4 l pickled beetroot juice 2 tbsp of shredded bread fresh or dried parsley ground black pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper and fry in butter until red
2. Pour beetroot juice over the roasted meat so that all the pieces sink, add pepper, onion cut into noodles and grated bread, boil everything

Serve the meat prepared in this way with bread.
