6 cups water 1 pk pork tongue 1/2 cup root Vegetable Recipes 1 tbsp veggies 1 tsp vegeta 1 pinch pepper 1 pinch salt a little parsley
procedure
1. Boil the tongue until tender in lightly salted water. Put it in cold water for a while and peel it. Cut the meat into small pieces. Add the vegeta, pepper, salt and chopped Vegetable Recipes to the broth and cook for about 15 minutes. 2. Add the chopped tongue to the soup. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
