4 servings 600 g pork shoulder salt ground pepper 4 pcs.
Recipe preparation
1 Cut the pork shoulder into cubes approximately 10 x 10 cm. Season with salt and pepper. Peel two onions and a garlic clove and cut in half. Place the meat in the pot and bake uncovered in a 150 degree oven for about 3 hours. Once the meat has cooled, tear it into strands with a fork. Pour in the reduced juices, stir and season with BBQ sauce.
