Pork tenderloin on mushrooms and peppers

ingredients

1 pk whole pork tenderloin salt, black pepper oil

Sauce

1 pk red peppers 1 can mushrooms 1 pk baby spring onions 1 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp cooking cream broth salt, black pepper, oil

Fine sauté tastes fantastic if you serve it with pasta or speck.

Clean the peppers and cut them into strips. Lightly fry in oil, add mushrooms. Sauté for a while and pour in the broth.

Wash and dry the tenderloin. Leave it whole. Season with salt and pepper and sear heavily on each side in oil. Place on a baking tray, cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes at 170 degrees.

Reduce the flame on the Vegetable Recipes, add the chopped young onions and mixed cream. Add more salt and pepper to taste.

On top of the finished sauté, slice the tenderloin and serve with the speck.
