Recipe for a tasty lunch.
1.
Wash and slice the pork. Lightly batter.
2.
Fry the meat on both sides in oil and transfer to another container.
3.
Add a little more oil and finely chopped onion to the broth. When the onions are browned, add the sliced (rinsed and drained) mushrooms and sauté until the mushrooms release their water.
4.
Place the sautéed slices of meat on top of the mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with caraway seeds and pour water over the mushrooms up to the level of the meat. Cover with a lid and simmer over a moderate heat until tender, about 40 minutes. If necessary, baste with water.
5.
Remove the cooked meat from the pot, boil the juices a little to reduce them to the required amount, then pour in the cream and leave to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and return the meat slices to the sauce.
6.
Serve with natural rice. Enjoy!
