Pork slices in Znojmo style
ingredients
800 g pork leg 100 g smoked bacon without skin 1 pk medium onion 3 pk sterilized cucumbers salt ground black pepper plain flour for coating soy sauce vegetable oil vegetable seasoning without salt

Slice the meat, pat it into slices, season with salt, sprinkle with ground black pepper, roll in plain flour and fry in a frying pan in hot oil. Keep warm. Add the finely chopped onion to the fat, fry, add the bacon cut into small cubes and fry together until the bacon is brown in colour.

Place the meat in a pot, add the broth with the sautéed onions and bacon, cover with water so that the meat is completely submerged, add a little soy sauce and simmer until tender. Add boiling water as needed. Add the sliced sterilised cucumbers. Simmer briefly. Season with salt, pepper and vegetable seasoning as desired.
