Pork roulade stuffed with meatloaf

Plate of pork leg stuffed with meatloaf, English bacon and sausage.

Ingredients:

For 15 pieces: 200 g of minced pork 300 g of pork leg 100 g English bacon 1 tsp sweet paprika /td> 1,5 pcs legs of sausage 1 piece of egg ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. 1. Cover the steak prepared in this way first with slices of English bacon and then with stuffing prepared from minced meat, egg and spices, which is mixed thoroughly beforehand and left to rest for a while
3. Finally, place the sausage in the middle
4. Roll up tightly and seal with foil, in which it is baked for 40 minutes at 200 °C

The sausage can be replaced with pickles or boiled egg.
