Pork ribs after Benecko

Flatbreads made of boneless pork ribs, fried in oil, coated in cheese batter and fried until golden brown.

Ingredients:

600 g bone-in pork roast 600 g potatoes 120 g potatoes lard 120 g smooth flour 120 g of beer cheese 40 g milk 2 pcs eggs 2 pcs larger garlic cloves mayo pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Prepare potato dough from potatoes, milk, flour, eggs, crushed garlic, season with pepper, marjoram and salt
2. Cut the bone off the pork roast, slice the meat, lightly pat it, cut the edges, season with salt and fry on both sides in hot fat
3. Wrap the individual portions of slightly cooled meat in potato dough, into which we stirred grated beer cheese just before wrapping
4. Fry the wrapped portions of meat in hot lard until golden brown.

Recommendation:

As a side dish to the fried ribs, serve variously prepared potatoes and cranberries or cranberry jam.
