Pork Podžárka
Roasted pork leg noodles mixed with onion and ketchup.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the blanched pork leg into slices, tenderize and finally cut into small noodles or cubes
2. Fry finely chopped onion in a part of hot lard
3. Salt and pepper the chopped meat and quickly fry it in the remaining hot lard, stirring constantly
4. Then add the browned onion, tomato puree (ketchup), if necessary a few tablespoons of water and simmer for a few minutes more
5. Serve immediately.
Recommendation:
Side dish: Roasted potatoes or rice.
