Pork medallions baked with pears

Lightly battered pork medallions, baked with pears, sprigs of rosemary and nivea.

Ingredients:

For 2 people: 4 pcs pork tenderloins 2 pcs 2 pcs large pears 2 pcs rosemary seeds 50 g of rosemary 1 tbsp sunflower oil salt

Procedure:

1. Heat the oil in a roasting pan, add the peeled, quartered onions, cleaned, quartered pears, most of the rosemary, salt and roast for 5 minutes until the mixture begins to caramelize
2. Lightly baste the meat, season with salt, add to the Vegetable Recipes and roast in the oven at 200 °C for five to ten minutes on both sides until the meat is golden and tender
3. Sprinkle with cheese, place in the oven or under the grill for five to ten minutes to melt the cheese and serve garnished with the remaining rosemary.
