Pork kebab with wine

Roasted pieces of pork leg with onions, braised with wine.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the pork leg into smaller cubes and fry them in hot oil, stirring constantly
2. Add the finely chopped onion to the meat, fry it
3. Add the bay leaf and simmer on a low flame under a lid until tender
5. Cover with hot water as needed.
Recommendation:
