Pork goulash soup

ingredients

150 g pork 3 pcs potatoes 1 pcs small tomato puree 1 pcs white onion 2 cloves garlic 7 dl lecho a little ground black pepper to taste salt a little ground red pepper to taste maggi a little oil

In a little oil, fry the chopped onion, add the finely chopped meat and let it pull in. Dust lightly with flour, stir. Add ground sweet paprika to taste. Pour over the water. Season with salt and pepper. Let the soup cook for about 30 min. Add the diced potatoes and lentils.Cook for another 10-20 min. Towards the end add tomato puree, pressed garlic and maggi. Serve with fresh bread.
