Pork ears baked with cheese

Pork ears cooked in bone broth, soft, brushed with butter, sprinkled with breadcrumbs mixed with grated emmental and baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. Wash, clean and cook the ears until tender in the bone broth
2. Take the cooked ears out of the broth, let them cool, cut them lengthwise, salt them, rub them with butter and sprinkle them with mixed breadcrumbs and cheese
3. Place the ears in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes
4. Serve the baked ears with a slice of lemon on lettuce leaves.
Recommendation:
Suitable accompaniments are boiled potatoes and tartar sauce.
