Pork Chops with Plums

Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Drain the rinsed plums, soak them in wine for 12 hours and then simmer them in the wine until tender
2. Bone the pork chops, cut a few cuts around the circumference, pat dry, salt, pepper and coat in plain flour
3. Slowly fry them in hot butter on both sides, take them out and store them in a warm place
4. Sprinkle the butter from the roasting with a spoonful of plain flour, stir it, pour in a few spoonfuls of water and the wine that we have drained from the plums, whisk well and boil until the sauce thickens a little
5. Then stir in the jelly (jam), salt and ground pepper
6. Arrange the chops on plates, garnish with the plums and pour the sauce over them.
Recommendation:
– Side dish: Mashed potatoes.
