Pork Chop Bacon

Roasted slices of pork cutlet, sauteed with mushrooms, onions and bacon, sauce seasoned with sweet and hot peppers and salt, softened with cream at the end.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. 1. Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the bacon and sliced mushrooms, fry everything
3. Dust the dish with sweet and hot peppers, pour a little water, put the fried cutlets and simmer until soft
4. When the cutlets are soft, dust the juice with flour, pour the cream and let it thicken

Recommendation:
In Hungary, chops prepared in this way are served with tarhoni, but rice or boiled potatoes are also suitable side dishes.
