Pork belly roasts

Cubed pork belly, rubbed with garlic and baked with onions until golden brown.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Rinse the pork belly in lukewarm water, debone and cut into smaller pieces
2. Salt and pepper the meat, rub with salt and garlic and place in a baking dish with the chopped onion
3. Slightly baste with water and bake at a temperature of around 190 °C until golden brown, adding lukewarm water as needed during baking and making sure that the onions do not burn
4. Bake for about 1 hour.
Recommendation:
The pork chops can be served cold with bread or warm with braised cabbage and bread or potato dumplings, also with sauerkraut and boiled potatoes.
