Pore cream with coconut milk

2 tbsp lard 3 pcs spring onion 1 pcs medium leek 2 pcs potato pcs salt pcs black ground pepper 1/2 liter water 2 dl coconut milk pcs grated nutmeg

Leek cream is delicious because it is full of beneficial vitamins that our body needs.
1.
Melt lard in a saucepan.

Add sliced spring onions and leeks, simmer for a while.

Add diced potatoes to the base, add salt and pepper (save the salt and pepper for the kids’ version) and stir.
4.
Sprinkle with water and coconut milk.
5.
Bring to the boil and cook for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
6.
Mix the soup with an immersion blender until smooth. Then strain through a sieve as well to achieve the smoothest cream.
7.
Finally, grate some nutmeg and serve.
