Poppy vanilla slices
ingredients
250 g ground poppy 6 pcs eggs 250 g granulated sugar 250 g semi-coarse flour 250 g palmarin 1/2 packet baking powder 1 pk lemon juice to drizzle over the dough
Filling
7 dl milk 2 packets vanilla pudding Dr. Oetker 100 g kris. Sugar 1 pk vanilla pod 350 g Hera chocolates for decoration Dr. Oetker

Macao slices probably won’t offend anyone 😉 They taste great with coffee and also for a visitor.
1.
Grind the poppy seeds, mix with sugar, flour, baking powder and dissolved Palmarin. Then mix in the egg yolks.

Make stiff whites and add the prepared poppy seed mixture to them.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake. Bake 1 slice 25 min. at 200 degrees.

Dust the baked dough with lemon. Brush with the filling, which you also divide into 2 parts.
5.
Filling. Let cool. Stir in the Hera, add the custard and finally the inside of the vanilla pod

Finally decorate with a decorative scraper and small chocolates.
