Poppy seed puffs

1 kg potatoes 300 g coarse flour a little salt 40 g lard 80 g poppy 80 g powdered sugar

step

1. Boil the potatoes, peel, mash, add flour, salt and make a dough. 2. On a floured paddle, roll it into thinner, longer peels, cut into pieces and make peels, which we cook. 3. Drain the cooked dough, spread and sprinkle with ground poppy seeds and sugar. Instead of poppy seeds you can also put nuts.
