Poppy seed, linzer pastry

ingredients

240 g plain flour 120 g poppy 120 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar cinnamon 240 g butter 1 pk egg yolk

For afternoon coffee:

From all the ingredients, make a dough. Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge to rest for at least an hour.

Then take out the dough, roll it out into a thin sheet and cut out with the moulds. Place in the oven at 180C for about 10-12 minutes as required. Glue with lekvarik.
