Poppy-plum rolls

ingredients

250 g palmarin 400 g plain flour 1 tbsp vinegar 250 ml sour cream 1 KL salt

Filling

200 g plum jam 200 g poppy seeds a little rum dried cranberries

For the spread

1 egg powdered sugar vanilla sugar

Excellent rolls for the brunch. Or even just for coffee:

Mix the dough ingredients together properly, wrap in cling film and refrigerate until the next day

Then roll out on a floured board to thinner, no more than 2-3 mm and cut out rectangles of about 5×7 cm with a ruler, as big as you want.

Put a roller in the middle of the filling, fold it over and form rolls, put them on a baking sheet with paper.

Brush with beaten egg and put in a preheated oven at 200°C to bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle immediately with sugar + vanilla sugar.

These rolls are like puff pastry, soft, very tasty.
