Poppy dream with whipped cream

ingredients
500 g semi-coarse flour 150 g kris. sugar 3 tbsp unground poppy seeds 1 packet gingerbread baking powder 1 KL baking soda 1 pk egg 1/2 liter milk 2 dl oil jam and rum
Filling
300 ml milk 1 packet vanilla pudding 2 packets vanilla sugar 2 pcs golden sugar 250 g Hera
Whipping cream
500 ml whipping cream 2 packets whipping cream 2 tbsp unground poppy seeds a little powder. sugar to taste

A very fresh dessert for those who like poppy seeds.

In a bowl, first mix all the dry ingredients, then add egg, milk and oil, pour on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Make a thick pudding with milk, custard sugar, egg yolks, whisk with Hera when cool.

Drizzle the cooled cake with rum and spread the jam. Layer the filling on top.

Beat stiff whipping cream with cream, sugar and thickener.

Spread 1/3 of the whipped cream over the filling. Stir the poppy seeds into the remaining whipped cream and pipe the decorations onto the cake through a pastry bag fitted with a decorating attachment.
