Poor Knights II
Plates of fried pancakes soaked in milk, coated in sugar with cinnamon and beaten egg, fried until golden brown.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Soak the slices in milk, roll in icing sugar mixed with cinnamon and finally in beaten eggs
2. Then fry in a pan in hot oil until golden brown on both sides
3. Serve either sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon again or with jam and fruit.
