Polpety with mozzarella

Buns made of minced meat, egg and bread crumbs, coated in breadcrumbs, topped with sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies, grilled.

Ingredients:

For 6 servings: 6 pieces of Mozzarella slices 6 pieces canned anchovy fillets 2 pcs of large tomatoes 1 tbsp 1 tbspchopped fresh oregano olive oil for rubbing ground pepper salt For polpets: 2/3 cup breadcrumbs 3 tbsp

Procedure:

1. Slice the washed tomatoes, drain the anchovy fillets and cut them lengthwise
2. Put the sliced crustless bread and milk in a pan, heat gently until the bread has absorbed the milk, then spread over the mash and leave to cool
3. Mix the minced meat with the mashed bread, egg, salt and ground pepper, make 6 loaves and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
4. Then brush the polpets with olive oil and grill on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then turn them over
