Polish Cocoa Block

An unbaked dessert made of cocoa, sugar, butter, water, instant milk, biscuits, nuts and cake wafers.

Procedure:
1. Place water, vanilla, sugar, cocoa, softened butter in a saucepan and heat slowly on the stove until butter melts and everything is combined, remove from heat, let stand for 5 minutes
2. Stir in the milk powder, stir well so that no lumps form and add as needed until the mixture is semi-solid
3. Finally, add the raisins (which have been soaked for 10 minutes in boiling water), finely chopped nuts, broken biscuits and cake wafers and mix everything together well
4. Put the prepared mixture into a deer back lined with baking paper (microtene foil), press it in well so that no bubbles form inside and put it in the fridge to harden.
Recommendation:
Another mould can be used, but remember to line it so that the block can be taken out easily.
