Polish Beer Soup

Brewed light beer with white wine, a piece of cinnamon, sugar and grated lemon peel, thickened with beaten egg yolks and cream, served with sugar-coated slices of lid baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. Pour the beer and wine into a saucepan, add the sugar, a piece of whole cinnamon, a pinch of grated lemon zest and bring to the boil
2. Whisk the cream with the egg yolks, pour into the soup and stir with a whisk over medium heat until the soup thickens
3. Then dust the slices of veggies with icing sugar, spread on a baking sheet and bake briefly in the oven
4. Divide the finished soup into portions and serve with the baked slices of veggies.
