Polešníky z Těšínsko

In the past, the poles were baked in the oven before the bread was baked.

Ingredients:

800 g of potatoes 50 g smooth flour green leaves butter for spreading sugar or bryndza for sprinkling salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the potatoes, grate, drain the water, mix with flour and a pinch of salt, spread the thin batter on the cabbage leaves with a spoon
2. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 190-200 °C
3. After baking, peel off the leaf, brush both sides with butter and serve either sweet or salty sprinkled with bryndza.
