Podkrkonošský potato pie
Grated raw and cooked potatoes mixed with eggs and flour, baked in the oven until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. 1. Add the grated boiled potatoes, salt, eggs and flour, make a thinner dough and pour it into a greased baking dish
3. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven heated to 200 °C until golden brown
4. Cut the pie into pieces while still warm and serve with beer, wine or tea, preferably with a vegetable salad.
