Poached Eggs Parma

A warm appetizer from France.

Ingredients:

Recipe for one serving: 2 pcs of fresh eggs 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese 30 g butter vinegar salt

Procedure:

1. Place the eggs in a saucepan of almost boiling salted water
2. Add a teaspoon of vinegar and cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes at 95 °C
3. Then remove them through a sieve or a slotted spoon, drain, and put them on a plate
4. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with grated cheese
5. Serve immediately.
