Plum – semolina cake
ingredients
500 g semi-coarse flour 250 ml milk 1 pk yeast 4 tbsp sugar 100 g butter for the crumble 100 g semi-coarse flour for the crumble 100 g granulated sugar for the crumble 1 kg plums

A traditional cake that is hard to resist… 😉
1.
Heat the milk, add 1 tsp of sugar, yeast and let it rise.

Then pour it into the flour, add the sugar and make a dough and let it rise.

Then spread it on a baking sheet, place the plums on it and sprinkle it with the crumble we made by mixing butter, sugar and semi-coarse flour.
4.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
