Plum perks with cinnamon

125 g semi-coarse flour 125 g plain flour 2 KL powdered sugar 1/2 KL baking soda 200 ml sour cream 400 g plums a little oil cups salt 100 g butter a little sour cream to taste ground cinnamon for sprinkling

Mix the flour with the sugar, salt and baking soda. Stir in the sour cream and work into a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Wash the plums, cut them open and remove the stones.

Roll out the dough on a floured board and cut it into squares. Stuff these with the plums and join the opposite corners. Place the plums on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 12 minutes.

Then remove them to plates, drizzle with melted butter and sour cream and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
