350 g mushroom 2 pcs onion 250 ml sour cream 50 g butter salt ground red pepper ground black pepper 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp plain flour

Meatless lunch. 1. Ingredients. 2. Fry the onion in butter. 3. Add sliced porcini mushrooms and roast for 10 minutes. 4. Season with salt and pepper and add paprika. 5. Pour in about 1 litre of water and bring to the boil. 6. Stir the flour in the cream, add to the mushrooms, as well as the pressed garlic. 7. Season with lemon juice and parsley.
