2 pk bun 1 pk egg 300 g coarse flour a little salt 800 g plums 80 g butter 80 g breadcrumbs 100 g powdered sugar
step
1. Sprinkle the soaked and squeezed buns with flour, add salt, egg and make a dough. 2. On a floured paddle, roll it out, cut it into equal squares and pack a plum into each one. (Wash the plums and let them drain.) 3. Boil in salted water. Take out the cooked ones, spread and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sugar.
