Plum balls made from cheesecake dough

360 g soft curd 240 g semi-coarse flour pinches salt 1 pk egg 15 pk plums

From the ingredients listed above, make the dough.

On a floured board, roll out a larger log and cut.

And wrap the plums (if the plums are large, put only half of them)

From this amount of ingredients, 15 pieces came out.

Put the water on to boil, add a little salt and when it starts to boil, put in the balls. When they float to the surface, boil them for about 5 more minutes. In a frying pan, dry fry the breadcrumbs until brown. Keep stirring so it doesn’t burn and add sugar to taste, stir and remove from the heat. Place the cooked balls on a plate and sprinkle with the toasted breadcrumbs and pour over the melted butter. Enjoy!
