Plum balls from potato dough

1 kg potatoes boiled in skin 300 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg 1/4 tsp salt 500 g plums
On top:
125 g butter 60 g powdered sugar 2 packets cinnamon sugar 250 g breadcrumbs

When I’m in the mood for a sweet lunch, I make.

Clean the skin off the boiled potatoes, grate them on a fine grater. Add salt, semi-coarse flour (if needed) and egg. Make a dough.

Roll out the dough and use a knife to make squares, into which place the plum pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then cook in boiling water. When they float to the top, they are cooked.

With butter, sugar and breadcrumbs, make a sprinkle on the fire. Put this in a large bowl, add the cooked plum balls and cinnamon sugar. Stir.
