Pljeskavica

Pljeskavica, originally a Serbian national dish, has taken root throughout Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro.

Ingredients:

300 g of pork 300 gcalf meat 150 g onion pepperoni pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Pork and veal finely mince, salt, pepper, add chopped pepperoni and onion
2. Knead well, let rest for 3 hours
3. Form pancakes which are then fried on both sides on a grill or in a pan in oil
4. Serve with finely chopped onions.
