Here is the recipe to make Petit Suisse nature with Thermomix, an easy dessert to succeed with a soft and thick texture, the preparation takes no more than 10 minutes.
Ingredients: 500 g milk 2 g agar-agar 200 g fresh cream 200 g spreadable cheese 60 g sugar Preparation:
Put the milk in the bowl of the Thermomix, then program 5 minutes, 100 °, speed 1.
Then add the agar-agar little by little, then program 2 minutes, 100°, speed 3, thereafteradd the cream, cheeseand sugar. Beat for 1 minute, speed 3.
Pour your preparation into cups or jars, then let cool for 1 hour, before putting in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
