Plain lentil soup

ingredients

150 g lentils a little water 1 pk onion 40 g lard 40 g lard 40 g plain flour 1 pk garlic cloves to taste salt to taste ground pepper 3 dl broth

procedure

1.

Wash the lentils and boil them in a little water.

2.

Fry the chopped onion in lard, pour in the stock, stir and simmer for 20 minutes.

3.

Then add lentils, ground pepper, garlic, salt and stir together.

4.

Pass the soup through the boil and serve.
