Quick appetizer for a visitor or just to watch TV…
1.
Mix the tomato puree with a few drops of olive oil, squeezed garlic, add a pinch of dried oregano or basil, salt, pepper and mix.
2.
Fold out puff pastry and spread with pizza mixture, grate hard cheese to keep filling from sliding, place ham slices, layer corn, sprinkle again with grated cheese and roll up.
3.
Place the filled roll in the refrigerator, let it set for about 10 minutes (it slices better then).
4.
Cut the cooled roll into triangles, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake. Bake first 10 minutes at 220°C, then reduce to 180°C and bake until golden. Enjoy!
