Pizza toasts
ingredients
12 slices of wholemeal toasted bread 100 g ham 100 g paprika salami 1 can of tomato puree (small can) to taste Oregano, basil 1 pk egg to rub the edges 100 g g grated mozzarella a little olive oil

Quick, cheap and tasty dinner or crunch with the telly.

Cut the crusts off slices of toasted bread.

Then flatten them a little with a pastry roller and place half of them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

On a dry frying pan, fry the finely sliced ham and sausage for a while.

Add the puree, oregano, basil and reheat together.
5.
Spread the sauce in the center of the toast, brush the edges with beaten egg, sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese and close with the remaining slices of toast drizzled with oil.
6.
Bake at 200°C for 5 minutes, sprinkle the mozzarella on top and bake for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature.
